Session Two: Art In Movement

First of all we had to do four warm ups to keep our self's fit and strong. Next thing we did was
Running to the wall and back and then start again but doing different warm up games like running back wards and also side wards. The most thing that was hard to do was another groups
movement and then we do it all together. My favourite games was running and hopping back wards.
